Both "Blue" and "Pink" are pH12.7(+/-0.3) Strong Alkaline Electrolyzed Water. It can be used on both humans and animals, as well as objects and most surfaces. The different labels are made for different markets.

JJJee is safe to clean hands and face. For best results, when cleaning your hands, wet your hands with JJJee and rub dry. When cleaning your face, wet your hands with JJJee and clean your face like you are using the soap, rinse thoroughly with water, apply moisturizer.  For cleaning small area such as mouth ulcer or razor cuts, soak cotton swab with JJJee and gently dab on the affected area. Clean as many times as needed. No rising is required.
